Built in the early 1960's , Merredin Motel was the first Inland Motel built in Western Australia.

Over the years, it has under gone many changes ,and now is a Modern ,Clean and Comfortable home away from home in Merredin.

We purchased the Motel in 2021 and since owning,have refurbished the 13 rooms and  done extensive work to the grounds.  We have also purchased a  property on Bates St across from the Iconic Cummins Theatre, where there is 3 fully refurbished apartments.
